It Can Be Fun to Exercise

Keep yourself vital, engaged, strong and happy. Experience a very special exercise class for PWP’s. A nationally trained and certified exercise instructor for High-Low Impact, Senior Fitness, Step, Water, Splash, Tai Chi, Yoga, the Live Strong program and to work with Special Populations, such as people with Parkinson’s, Kitch Czervnicki’s certifications are through AFAA, NETA, SILVER SNEAKERS, the Y’s and CPR-AED. She is well known for bringing humor, positive thinking and laughter (a needed exercise in itself) to her classes. Participation with the class is not mandatory but is encouraged.
