The mission of the Connecticut Parkinson's Working Group is to provide education and support to those affected by Parkinson's
disease and to collaborate with the medical community to enhance treatment and research of Parkinson's disease.
The Connecticut Parkinson’s Working Group (CPWG) meets on the third Saturday of the month from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the
Village at South Farms, 645 Saybrook Road, Middletown. The group’s goal is to provide support and social networking for people
with Parkinson’s and their caregivers in a comfortable and compassionate environment. In addition to the monthly meetings with
special topics presenters and informative breakout sessions, CPWG also sponsors weekly exercise classes free of charge that are
held at the Middletown Senior Center. All presentations and activities offered are designed to encourage the concept of living
well with Parkinson’s Disease.
